Hey friends! Yay, the weekend is almost here!
Since I know many of you will be traveling next week for turkey day, I wanted to share a workout video you can do anywhere. This is a total body barre burner, and I promise it will have your legs on fiiiiire. It’s only 25 minutes long, too, so you can easily sneak it in before the festivities or in your hotel room.
